  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • A food item was missing from your order.
  • The food item was not delivered.
  • The food item was spoiled or damaged upon arrival.

Please note that refunds are not available for issues related to personal taste, food preferences, or if you simply change your mind after the order has been delivered.

How to Request a Refund

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible by calling our Oak Lawn location at (708) 952-4959. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been prepared. Once an order is being prepared, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
